The Central PA GYN Cancer Support Group was founded because our community needed it.
Our mission
We build community among people with gynecologic cancer, survivors and their loved ones in Central Pennsylvania, so no one has to face it alone.
Who we serve
Anyone affected by ovarian, uterine (endometrial), cervical, vaginal or vulvar cancer, including:
- People who are newly diagnosed or in treatment
- Survivors at any stage after treatment
- Spouses, partners, family members and caregivers
- Friends and community members who want to learn or help
What we do
Community
Periodic events where people can meet, share experiences and support each other.
Education
Speakers and workshops on treatment, recovery and quality of life.
Awareness
Outreach at local festivals and community events throughout the year.
Our organization
Central Pennsylvania Gynecologic Cancer Support Group, Inc. is a volunteer-led Pennsylvania nonprofit corporation and a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization.
We do not provide medical advice, and we do not provide direct financial assistance to individuals. For medical questions, please talk with your care team.
